Biography
Versatile and comfortable in numerous musical worlds - this characterizes the sound of the native Frenchman Igor Landy, who has found his unique sound in various music genres. His popularity was mainly gained through his participation in the TV show "The Voice of Germany". In the blind auditions, he impressed all the judges with his remarkable talent and continued his success in the show's legendary battles.
Igor released his first EP in 2015 and moved to Hamburg in 2018, where he found his creative home. Here he demonstrates his versatility not only as a solo artist, but also as an integral part of several bands. His repertoire spans the boundaries of languages as he writes catchy pop songs in both English and French and brings them to life on stages across Europe.
Igor Landy's latest EP "Silver Lining" was released in November 2022. What makes the singer-songwriter's music so unique is not only the authentic guitar sounds, but also his soothing voice, which transforms every song into an atmospheric experience.
